Aircraft Spirals Out of Control into Palm Trees at Popular California Coast
A helicopter hovering above a popular coastal beach suddenly began spiraling wildly, eventually losing altitude and plunging into a row of palm trees as beachgoers looked on.
Recordings uploaded online show the chopper starting to spin above the beach then descending in the direction of the perimeter of the beach, where it ends up lodged among palm trees and a staircase near the coastal road.

Emergency responders stated five individuals were rushed to the hospital comprising a pair who were in the chopper and were “rescued from the debris” after the accident on Saturday.
Three persons on the street were injured. Specifics on their injuries were still under review.
The cause of the crash was not yet disclosed.
